Des notes se r\u00e9v\u00e8lent, selon l\u2019ann\u00e9e et les sols o\u00f9 poussent les vignes alsaciennes\u00a0: agrumes, fruits confits, fleurs blanches telle l\u2019asp\u00e9rule, minuscule \u00e9toile des sous-bois au parfum de vanille, de miel et de foin\u2026 Le granit fait du riesling un \u00ab\u00a0vin de fruits\u00a0\u00bb, la marne, m\u00e9lange de calcaire et d\u2019argile, lui conf\u00e8re de la puissance, \u00e9voque le citron, pousse parfois au p\u00e9trole pr\u00e8s de Ribeauvill\u00e9.
